Just to let you know, our latest houseplans feature low square footage homes for both narrow and wide lot applications that average around 1,300 to 1,400 sq. ft. These can be modified to a “Smart Home” plan that can add anywhere between 300 to 700 square feet to produce “the addition” which allows you to employ the “Smart Home Program”. In fact, the Swallow even offers a “Super Smart” arrangement which can provide up to three separate living areas for super flexibility and great income potential.
